Connect SoCap
SoCap is the system of record for everything up to financing. SunrAI takes over for install ops the moment the deal funds.
SoCap owns the pre-install lifecycle: lead → proposal → contract → calculator → presentation → IL ABP → financing. SunrAI is the post-financing install ops platform. The integration mirrors signed, funded deals from SoCap into SunrAI projects.
What this integration does
When a deal is signed and funded in SoCap, SunrAI will:
- Create a new project in your team
- Populate customer, address, system size, panel count, financing fields, and install timeline from SoCap
- Land status as "Pending" until data-completeness runs
Write-back from SunrAI to SoCap will remain one-way for now — edits made in SunrAI don't push back to SoCap yet.

Steps
Open Integrations → SoCap
Sidebar → Settings → Integrations → SoCap.
Click Connect
Enter your SoCap account API key. Find it in your SoCap account under Settings → API keys. Keys are scoped to the issuing team.
Pick which SoCap projects to mirror
By default, only projects with a signed contract are mirrored. You can opt to also mirror sent-but-unsigned for visibility.
Wait for the first sync
Initial backfill can take 5–30 minutes depending on history size. After that, incremental sync runs hourly.
