Connect SoCap

Link your SoCap organization to SunrAI to share project information and updates between the two systems.

What this integration shares

SoCap can send ported projects to SunrAI with customer and financing information, along with financing-status and payout updates. SunrAI can send project milestones back to SoCap, including permit approval, installation completion, inspection passed, and permission to operate (PTO).

Connect SoCap

   Open SoCap settings in SunrAI

   Go to Settings → Integrations → SoCap.

   Link your organization

   In SoCap, find your organization code under Settings → Organization. Enter that code in SunrAI and select Link.

   Add the SunrAI connection in SoCap

   After linking, copy the connection address shown in SunrAI. In SoCap, open your organization's settings, go to Webhooks, and add the SunrAI connection address.

   Review activity

   Return to Settings → Integrations → SoCap in SunrAI. Review Ported Projects, Connection setup, What Gets Synced, and Sync Activity. Use Refresh to update the activity view.

Troubleshooting

"The organizations won't link." — Confirm that you copied the organization code from the intended SoCap organization.

"Projects or updates are missing." — Check that the SoCap connection is configured under the correct organization's Webhooks settings. Review Sync Activity in SunrAI for the latest status.

"I need to refresh or reconnect the link." — Use Re-sync or Unlink from the SoCap integration page only when you intend to restart or remove the connection.
