Connect Google Workspace

Calendar, Gmail intel, and Drive (Gemini meeting notes) integrations in one OAuth.

Updated2 min readintegrations

One Google connection enables three downstream features: Calendar sync, Gmail intel feeder, and Gemini Notes ingestion.

What each feature does

FeatureWhat it readsWhat it does
CalendarYour work calendarMirrors events to the Schedule view; flags conflicts when Cal proposes installs.
Gmail intel + repliesInbox for the connected addressDrains complete readable messages into Inbox/intel and sends user-confirmed replies in the original Gmail thread.
Gemini meeting notesDrive folder for Gemini-authored meeting notesExtracts decisions + action items into the timeline of the matching project.

Steps

  1. Open Integrations → Google

    Settings → Integrations → Google.

  2. Sign in with OAuth

Pick a Google Workspace account. SunrAI requests the enabled products' registered scopes: calendar and calendar.events for Calendar; gmail.readonly and gmail.metadata for Gmail; teams in the staged Gmail reply rollout also request gmail.send; and drive.readonly and drive.metadata.readonly for Drive.

  3. Pick which Workspace features to enable

Toggle each (Calendar / Gmail / Drive) independently. Some teams only want Calendar; others want everything.

  4. Sub-account scoping (Workspace admin only)

If you're an admin and want SunrAI to read across all users in your Workspace, configure domain-wide delegation. Otherwise leave it as per-user OAuth.
