Connect CompanyCam

Connect your CompanyCam account with an API key, then sync its projects and photos into SunrAI.

Connect and sync

   Open CompanyCam settings

   Go to Settings → Integrations → CompanyCam.

   Connect your account

   Enter your CompanyCam API key and select Connect.

   Start a sync

   Select Sync Now. SunrAI checks CompanyCam projects and imports photos to matching SunrAI projects.

   Review projects that need a link

   If a CompanyCam project has no safe match, find it under Photos waiting for a project. Select an existing SunrAI project and choose Link photos.

SunrAI matches CompanyCam projects to SunrAI projects by address. It does not create a SunrAI project automatically for a CompanyCam project that has no match. The integration can also import CompanyCam checklist items and project notes.

Troubleshooting

"The connection failed." — Confirm that the CompanyCam API key is current, then try again.

"Photos aren't appearing." — Confirm that the sync completed and that the CompanyCam project matched the intended SunrAI project.

"A project needs a link." — In Photos waiting for a project, select the existing SunrAI project that should receive the photos and choose Link photos.
