Outreach templates

Templates live under Storm → Templates and are scoped per team.

Variables you can use

• {{customer.name}} — customer first or full name
• {{customer.address}} — primary address
• {{storm.severity}} — hail size or wind speed
• {{storm.date}} — event date
• {{project.system_size}} — if customer has a SunrAI project

Unknown variables render as {{?}} and are flagged before send.

Steps

1. 1

   Open Storm → Templates

   Sidebar → Storm → Templates.

   Click + New Template

   Pick channel (email or SMS), give it a name, write the body using variables.

   Preview against a real customer

   Use the preview pane to render the template against one of your storm-queue customers.

   Save and apply

   Templates appear in the compose sheet and bulk send dialog immediately.
