How rows are sorted

By default, by exposure score — a function of storm severity × customer system size × time since last contact. You can re-sort by:

  • Newest hit
  • System size (largest first)
  • Days since last outreach
  • Manual priority (override)

Per-customer view

Click any row to see:

  • All storms that hit this customer (with date, severity, source)
  • Contact history — every prior outreach, attempt, response
  • Compose — open the outreach sheet to draft a message

Bulk send

Select multiple customers → Bulk send. SunrAI applies a chosen template, runs compliance checks (DNC, prior contact within window), and sends through the configured channel (email/SMS).
