Create your SunrAI account and workspace

Create a workspace only when you are setting up a new company. If someone invited you to an existing team, start from the invitation link instead.

Create a new workspace

   Open sign-up

   Visit www.sunrai.ai/handler/sign-up, or click Get started on the SunrAI home page.

   Create your account

   Complete one of the sign-up methods shown on screen. Use an address you can access and verify.

   Verify your email when prompted

   Follow the verification instructions shown by the authentication screen. A verified account email is required before you can accept a team invitation.

   Create your workspace

   When an account has no team yet, the dashboard shows Create your workspace. Enter your company or team name, then click Create workspace.

   Complete setup

   Owners and admins are taken through the five-step setup flow: company and profile, optional integrations, workflow notes, teammate invitations, and a final review. Click Enter workspace after the final save succeeds.

Join a team that invited you

1. Open the invitation link from the email.
2. Click Sign in to Accept if you are not signed in.
3. Sign in or create your account with the same verified email address that received the invitation.
4. Return to the invitation page and click Accept Invitation.

Verify it worked

• A new owner sees the workspace setup flow, then lands on Home after clicking Enter workspace.
• An invited teammate lands in the invited team's dashboard after accepting.
• The team switcher shows the team or teams the account can access.

Troubleshooting

"I didn't get the verification email" — Check spam and search for the account-verification message associated with your SunrAI/SoCap sign-in. Delivery can be delayed by corporate mail filters. If the authentication screen offers a resend action, use it after waiting a few minutes.

"It says my email is already in use" — Go to sign in. If you do not remember the password, use Reset your password.

"My invitation says the email does not match" — Sign out, then sign in with the verified address shown in masked form on the invitation page.
