Open sign-in
Open Forgot password
Click Forgot password, or go directly to www.sunrai.ai/handler/forgot-password.
Request a reset email
Enter the email address you use to sign in and click Send Email. SunrAI shows Check your email after you submit the form.
Choose a new password
Open the reset link in the email and follow the instructions on the page.
Sign in again
Click Back to sign in, then sign in with your new password.
The confirmation message is the same whether or not an account exists for the email address. This protects account privacy.
Troubleshooting
"I didn't get the reset email" — Check your inbox and spam folder. Confirm that you entered the email address you use to sign in, then request another reset email if needed.
"I'm not sure which email I used" — Try the sign-in email address you control. The email in your team profile is a separate contact detail and may be different.
"The reset link doesn't work" — Return to the forgot-password page and request a new email. Use the newest reset link you receive.
