Use a magic link or your saved password to sign back in.
SunrAI sign-in uses Stack Auth — you can sign in with a magic link emailed to you, or with a password if you've set one.

Steps
Go to sign-in
Visit sunrai.ai/sign-in.
Click 'Forgot password'
Enter the email you sign in with and submit. SunrAI emails a reset link valid for one hour.
Choose a new password
Follow the link. The new password must be at least 8 characters with an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, digit, and special character.
Sign in
You'll be redirected back to your dashboard automatically.
Don't want a password at all?
You can sign in with just a magic-link email every time. On the sign-in page, click Send magic link. The link signs you in for the current session.
Troubleshooting
"I didn't get the reset email" — Check spam. If still missing after 5 minutes, request a fresh link. Some corporate mail filters delay or block emails from noreply@sunrai.ai.
"The link says expired" — Reset links last one hour. Request a fresh one.
"It says my email isn't found" — Either you signed up with a different address, or your account is under a different team. Contact your team Owner to confirm.
