What SunrAI does, who it is for, and where a new team should start.
SunrAI is a post-financing operations workspace for solar teams, from project handoff through installation, inspection, activation, and follow-up.
What SunrAI does
SunrAI keeps team-scoped customers, projects, tasks, permits and inspections, schedules, field records, documents, and operational follow-up in one workspace. Available modules and integrations can differ by team configuration.
AI assistants can read operational context and propose or perform supported actions within their configured control level. External communications and other sensitive actions still follow the team's permissions, connected-provider, review, and compliance controls. Do not assume every action has a 24-hour undo window.
What SunrAI is not
- SunrAI is not the system for pre-install sales proposals, contracts, calculators, presentations, solar analysis, or Illinois ABP work. Those pre-financing workflows belong in SoCap.
- A project or customer is not created automatically from storm, CompanyCam, public-inspection, or other unmatched external trigger data. External data must match an existing customer or follow the supported handoff flow.
- CompanyCam is a legacy bridge. New field-photo workflows use SunrAI's native field app where available.
