Notifications are per-user, not per-team. Pick once and they apply everywhere you work.

Channels

  • In-app bell — every notification, always on
  • Email — opt-in per event type
  • Slack DM — opt-in per event type, requires Slack to be connected

Steps

  1. Open Account settings → Notifications

    Click your avatar → Account settings → Notifications.

  2. Toggle channels per event

    Switch each event on/off per channel. Changes apply immediately — no save button.

  3. Set quiet hours (optional)

    Mute all non-critical notifications during your evening window. Critical events (outage, escalation) still come through.
