Notifications are per-user, not per-team. Pick once and they apply everywhere you work.

Channels
- In-app bell — every notification, always on
- Email — opt-in per event type
- Slack DM — opt-in per event type, requires Slack to be connected
Event types

Steps
Open Account settings → Notifications
Click your avatar → Account settings → Notifications.
Toggle channels per event
Switch each event on/off per channel. Changes apply immediately — no save button.
Set quiet hours (optional)
Mute all non-critical notifications during your evening window. Critical events (outage, escalation) still come through.
