Reading the audit log

Every Buddy action is recorded with old/new values, who approved, and an undo button.

The audit log is your single source of truth for "what happened, when, by whom."

Where to find it

  • Buddies → Activity — every action across every Buddy
  • Project → Activity — only actions on that project
  • Customer → Activity — actions on that customer

What each row tells you

  • Timestamp — local time
  • Actor — Buddy name or human user
  • Skill — which skill within the Buddy (e.g. "permit-chaser")
  • Entity — project / customer / permit / task touched
  • Before → after — old value and new value for the change
  • Approved by — user id, or "auto" for autopilot
  • Status — ok / undone / failed
  • Undo — clickable for 24h, then disabled

Filtering

Top of the activity page:

  • By Buddy
  • By skill
  • By project or customer
  • By time range
  • By "show undone" (default: hide)

Export

For compliance, export any filter as CSV. Each row includes a stable row id and the action group id (for grouped multi-step writes).
