Reading Buddy activity
Use the unified Activity page to review proposals, executed writes, rejections, automatic actions, and undos.
Buddies → Activity is the current review surface for what Buddies have proposed or done.
What appears in Activity
The unified feed can show these states:
- Proposed — still waiting for a decision
- Approved — approved in the proposal workflow
- Executed — an AI write completed
- Auto — a configured automatic action completed
- Rejected — a person rejected the proposal
- Undone — an eligible executed write was reversed
Each row shows the state, a plain-language summary, relative time, and the skill when one is available. Project-scoped rows link to the project. Proposed rows can show Approve and Reject; executed reversible rows can show Undo during the active window.
Filters available today
At the top of Activity you can filter by:
- One or more activity states
- Undoable only
- Buddy
- Skill
The available Buddy and skill filters come from the team's live roster. If a filter returns nothing, clear it before concluding that the action was never recorded.
Reversibility and evidence
Activity includes both proposals and executed writes, so not every row has an old/new database snapshot or an undo token. Eligible AI database writes keep their audit details and 24-hour rollback metadata; irreversible actions and proposal-only rows do not expose an Undo button.
For an incident, record the team, approximate time, Buddy, skill, activity state, linked project, and visible error. Do not describe a CSV export or customer/project-local audit view unless that control is present in the product you are testing.
