Approving and undoing Buddy work
Review Buddy proposals, identify actions that cannot be reversed, and undo eligible actions from Activity.
Before approving a proposal, review what it will do and whether it is marked Reversible or Irreversible.
Review a proposal
Proposals appear in Buddies → Inbox. A proposal can show:
- The Buddy and skill that created it
- A summary of the proposed action
- The related project or record
- A Reversible or Irreversible label
- Additional information under Show details
Click Approve to allow the proposed action or Reject to close it without carrying it out. Approve everything safe includes only proposals marked Reversible. External messages and updates to other services are not included.
Undo an eligible action
Open Buddies → Activity
Activity shows Buddy proposals and completed actions. Select Undoable only to see actions that may still be undone.
Find an action with Undo available
Some completed actions show Undo during a 24-hour window, but only while the action remains eligible.
Click Undo
Review the result shown in Activity. If the action cannot be safely reversed, SunrAI reports that it could not be undone.
Some actions cannot be reversed. For example, an email or text message that was already sent, or a change made in another service, may not be recallable. Later changes can also make an action ineligible for undo.
