Approving and undoing Buddy work

Reversibility belongs to the action, not the Buddy. SunrAI labels proposals as reversible or irreversible before you approve them.

Review a Copilot proposal

Copilot proposals land in Buddies → Inbox. A proposal can show:

• The Buddy and skill that produced it
• A plain-language action summary
• The related project or other resolved record
• Confidence and a Reversible or Irreversible label
• Additional details and the full payload behind Show details

Click Approve to execute the proposed action or Reject to close it without execution. Bulk tools can group and select proposals, but Approve everything safe includes only action types the inbox classifies as reversible. External messages and external record pushes are excluded.

Undo an eligible action

   Open Buddies → Activity

   Activity combines proposals and executed AI writes. Use Undoable only when you want to hide actions that cannot be reversed.

   Find an executed reversible row

   Eligible rows show Undo while their 24-hour window remains open. Proposed, rejected, expired, already-undone, and irreversible rows do not offer the same control.

   Click Undo

   SunrAI attempts the registered rollback strategy and reports success or failure. The activity state updates when the reversal succeeds.

An undo can fail if the window expired, the action is not reversible, or later work made a safe rollback impossible. Do not promise that a sent email/SMS, external-system update, or every conversion/resolution action can be recalled.

AI chat plans are a separate surface

The AI chat assistant can propose a 2–6 step action plan. Plan approval shows the steps and risk before execution; high-risk plans can require typing APPROVE. Only plan-eligible actions are included. If a step fails, SunrAI attempts to roll back completed eligible steps and reports any rollback that also failed.

Chat plan controls do not mean every Buddy inbox item has a typed confirmation, old/new diff, or group undo.
