Approving and undoing Buddy work
How the 24-hour undo window works, and what happens when you approve, reject, or suppress.
Every Buddy write — drafted, approved, or autopilot — is reversible for 24 hours.
Approving
For Copilot skills, drafts land in Buddies → Inbox. Each card shows:
- What will change — old → new values
- Why — Buddy's reasoning + citations
- Risk level — low, medium, or high (high requires typing APPROVE)
Click Approve to apply the change. The write goes through the same audit layer as everything else.
Suppressing
If the draft is wrong-for-now (not wrong-always), pick a suppression reason instead of approving. The draft is dismissed for that project for 7 days. Reasons appear in the audit log.
Undoing
Find the action
Either Buddies → Activity (cross-Buddy feed) or the Activity tab on a project (project-scoped).
Click Undo
The undo button is enabled for 24 hours. After that it disables — the change is permanent.
Confirm the rollback
SunrAI restores the previous value (or hard-deletes the inserted row, if it was a create). The undo itself is logged.
Multi-step plans
The chat-bot can run 2–6 step plans. If any step fails, earlier steps roll back automatically (rollback-on-failure). After commit, a single Undo all button reverts the whole plan as one unit.
