My dashboard looks empty
Diagnose: no projects shown, no Buddies activity, no data anywhere.

Empty dashboards almost always mean: wrong team selected, no projects yet, or your role is too restrictive.
Quick checklist
Check the team switcher
Top-left of the dashboard. Make sure you're on the team you expect. Switching teams reloads everything.
Check your role
Settings → Team → Members. If you're a Viewer, you may not see every section. Most empty-state issues clear when promoted to Member.
Check if any projects exist
Sidebar → Projects. If the count is 0, no projects have been created yet. See Create a project or wait for SoCap sync.
Hard-refresh the page
⌘+Shift+R (or Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows). Cached empty states can persist after data arrives.
