The two buckets
- Installed-no-PTO — install is done, project hasn't received Permission To Operate from the utility yet. Cash is chasing these in tiers (A/B/C).
- PTO-no-activation — PTO is granted but the system isn't switched on yet. Cash tracks these until the activation date lands.
When it fires
- Daily pulse — 5pm local time, every weekday
- Weekly digest — Mondays at 9am
Where it goes
By default the digest posts to your team's #sunrai-pipeline Slack channel and emails everyone on the recipient list. Update recipients under Settings → Notifications → AR digest.
What's in each report
Daily pulse (5 lines):
- Installed-no-PTO count + 7-day change
- PTO-no-activation count + 7-day change
- New entries today
- Cleared today
- Anything aging past 30 days
Monday digest (longer):
- Same fields, with week-over-week diff
- "Slipped to next month" list (PTOs that didn't activate before month-end)
- "Cleared this week" total (helpful for ops standup)
- Per-PM AR exposure ranking
