Co-Founder · Technology & Product

Guillermo leads technology and product at SunrAI. He brings 9+ years of experience building SaaS platforms, AI systems, and IoT products. As Co-Founder and CPO at Levee (levee.biz), he built an AI-powered operations platform for hospitality that won both the Judges' Choice and People's Choice Awards at HITEC E20X and was named a PhocusWire Hot 25 Travel Startup. His background spans computer vision, natural language processing, and full-stack product development. At SunrAI, he architects the AI-first platform that powers solar proposals, project intelligence, and agentic workflows — all running on Google Cloud infrastructure including Gemini AI, Google Solar API, and Google Maps Platform.

Peter Sarelas

Co-Founder & CEO · Business & Operations

Peter leads business and go-to-market at SunrAI. He is the founder of Source Solar, a residential solar installation company that has completed nearly 2,000 installations across the Midwest with over 1.9 MW installed — resulting in more than $1.4M in customer energy savings. A University of Iowa graduate, Peter was recruited by SolarCity out of college and went on to build deep experience across sales, EPC operations, and partnership development at companies including Sunrun, GAF Energy, and R3 Construction. At SunrAI, he brings firsthand knowledge of the pain points solar operators face every day and ensures the platform solves real problems — from faster proposals to streamlined project delivery.
