File a permit application against the right AHJ from inside SunrAI.

Each project has a Permits tab where you can submit, track, and resubmit applications.
Steps
Open Project → Permits
From the project detail, click the Permits tab.
Click + Submit Permit
SunrAI pre-fills the AHJ from the project address. Confirm or change it.
Attach the application packet
PDF or zip. Files are stored in your team's bucket and linked to the permit record.
Submit
Status flips to "Submitted." Pip starts watching the application against the AHJ's median approval time.
What happens next
- Permits stuck past 1.5× the AHJ median get a Pip follow-up draft in the Buddies inbox
- AHJs with under-80% inspection pass rates get auto-flagged so the install crew can over-prepare
- The audit log shows every status change with a 24h undo
Troubleshooting
"AHJ doesn't appear in the dropdown" — Type the city name. If still missing, click + New AHJ to create one. New AHJs are local to your team initially; ask your Owner to share with the global directory.
"My packet won't upload" — Max 25 MB per file. Split large packets or compress PDFs.
